Types of Nonimmigrant Visas We Support

  • H-1B / H-4 – For skilled professionals in specialty occupations, and their spouses and children. H-1B allows individuals to work in the U.S., while H-4 provides dependent family members the ability to live (and sometimes work) in the U.S.
  • L-1A / L-1B / L-2 – For employees of international companies transferring to a U.S. office. L-1A is for managers and executives, L-1B for employees with specialized knowledge, and L-2 for their spouses and children.
  • E-1 / E-2 – For individuals from countries with a U.S. treaty who are coming to trade, invest, or run a business. These visas allow entrepreneurs and investors to live and work in the U.S. while contributing to the economy.
  • O-1 – For individuals with extraordinary ability or achievement in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. This visa recognizes exceptional talent and allows recipients to work in their specialized field.
  • P-1 – For internationally recognized athletes, entertainers, and their essential support staff. This visa supports performances, competitions, and events in the U.S.
  • R-1 – For religious workers, including ministers, missionaries, or other religious professionals, allowing them to work in the U.S. for a temporary period.
  • TN – For Canadian and Mexican professionals under the USMCA (formerly NAFTA). It allows qualified individuals in specific occupations to live and work in the U.S. for a temporary period.
  • K-1 / K-3 – For fiancé(e)s and spouses of U.S. citizens. K-1 allows a foreign fiancé(e) to enter the U.S. to get married, and K-3 allows spouses to live in the U.S. while their immigrant visa petition is processed.
