Founder and Lead Paralegal
With nearly two decades of legal and business experience, she has built a solid reputation providing legal support to immigration attorneys.
Mrs. Negron’s professionalism and extreme attention to detail have been the foundation of her growing business. Her company has successfully assisted many law firms with their immigration matters. Attorneys continue to sing her praises long after her paralegal work has been completed.
She has extensive experience preparing and processing petitions and applications to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, the National Visa Center, the Department of State, the Department of Labor and the National Benefits Center, among others.
Mrs. Negron earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Florida Metropolitan University and received her Paralegal Studies Certificate from Boston University. She is a member of the American Bar Association, a Notary Public of the State of Florida and was formerly a Florida Registered Paralegal at The Florida Bar.
Immigration Legal Assistant
Ms. Maria Liliana Hickman is a bilingual legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, commercial registration, and client legal services. Originally from Bolivia, she earned her Law Degree from the University of Gabriel Rene Moreno and practiced as an attorney in civil, commercial, and labor law before transitioning into corporate legal roles.
Her career includes serving as a Legal Analyst and Certifier in Bolivia, where she ensured compliance with business registration regulations and maintained legal records for commercial entities. She has many years of experience providing legal services abroad, including working in private law firms, handling contracts, litigation, and regulatory compliance. As such, she utilizes her knowledge and experience to perform with the highest quality of work, as an Immigration Paralegal, while demonstrating her professionalism.
In the United States, Ms. Hickman has earned two paralegal certifications from the University of Miami and the Paralegal Institute of the Americas, further enhancing her expertise in U.S. legal practices. She also possesses valuable customer service experience with great communication and problem-solving skills. With a strong background in legal analysis, document certification, and client relations, as well as skills in negotiation, mediation, and legal research, Ms. Hickman is well-equipped to contribute to the immigration field. She is also bilingual in the English and Spanish languages.
Immigration Legal Assistant
Ms. Hargis is originally from Cali, Colombia and having experienced an immigration process herself, she is compassionate and understanding with individuals going through different immigration processes as well. She works primarily on family-based and employment-based immigration matters, as well as nonimmigrant visas in the United States and at US Consulates and Embassies overseas.
Before earning her Immigration Paralegal Certificate in the United States, she worked as a Customs Lawyer in the Legal Department of the Colombian Customs Office for 25 years, after she earned a Law Degree from Universidad Santiago de Cali, Colombia. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree Ms. Hargis is committed, dedicated and has strong passion for helping immigrants. She also speaks Spanish and is proficient in English, and possesses excellent analytical skills, and she is a Notary Public of the State of Florida.
Co-Founder & Manager
Mr. Negron is originally from Puerto Rico. As the Co-founder and Manager of Immigration Document Solutions, he brings over 35 years of experience managing operating systems, and procedures at the governmental level. Mr. Negron is a professional and charismatic individual who enjoys assisting in the management and processing of immigration matters. Mr. Negron is also fluent in both, Spanish and English.
